This open-access research article<\/a> examines how continuous professional learning may be associated with teachers’ self-efficacy and well-being. Using nationally representative TALIS 2024 data from secondary teachers in France and Australia, the researchers found that professional learning was more positively associated with teacher self-efficacy when the learning opportunities available to teachers met or exceeded their perceived professional learning needs. The study also found that teacher well-being was highest when strong self-efficacy was combined with a strong sense of value and purpose in the teaching profession.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
